What is the difference between a PERM store and a TEMP store? |

A PERM store is used primarily for selling to individuals with no minimum quantity. The order is shipped directly to the buyer. A TEMP store is used primarily for group orders. A temp store is a great tool for fundraisers, spiritwear drives and events. Order information is collected and processed at one time and the whole order is shipped to one location for the purchaser to pick up. |

I have art completed. How do I send it to you? |

Sending a completely *vectored file will help you avoid most art charges.
*Vector art is any file created through a series of points and paths in a draw program (Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand). These files can be enlarged without loss of quality.
Accepted vector files are created in Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand. Save as .ai, .fh, .eps or .pdf. There should be no *rasterized graphics contained in the file.
*Rasterized art is created through a paint program like Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks or Paint Shop Pro. These files loose quality when enlarged. Examples of rasterized files are .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, .psp.
Convert all fonts to outlines.
Identify all colors as RGB spot colors.
Submit a .jpg as reference.
Send the art at the size you want printed.
Upload raster art at a resolution of 200 dpi or greater and at the size you want printed. |

How does my organization receive payments for our store? |
| A. |
There are two methods of receiving payment for your store.
(1) Permanent (PERM) store method:
Earnings made from your perm store are made quarterly on the month following the end of each quarter (January, April, July, October). Amount of earnings must reach $25.00 to receive payment. All stores with earnings less than $25.00 will be paid in the January payments.
(2) Temporary (TEMP) store method:
Earnings made with temp stores are made immediately and sent to you once the product has been shipped. |

I want my company logo embroidered. How do I send you the logo? |
| A. |
Upload or email is best. Preferred File Types: (in order of preference) .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .GIF, .BMP.
It is best to send the logo at the size you want it embroidered and at a resolution of 300 dpi. If your logo is not at size, please let us know the correct dimensions. |

How can my club raise money with advertisements in our store? |

Each store has twenty (20) spaces to advertise. ixTen suggests selling the ad space for up to $100 per space. That would raise up to $2000 for your organization before your first shirt is sold.
There are two advertising types:
1) Text Advertisement...
Text advertisements are one space. ixTen suggests selling text ad space $50 - $100 per ad. You are free to set your own fees. Text ads include text with a link to the advertiser’s web site.
2) Logo Advertisement...
Logo advertisements are two spaces. ixTen suggests selling logo ad space $100 - $200 per ad. You are free to set your own fees. Logo ads include a logo with a link to the advertiser’s web site.
Term of advertisements:
Each ad is for a twelve (12) month period. Average monthly cost (for the advertiser) for a $50 ad is less than $4.25 per month. Very cheap and easy to sell.
Service Fee:
There is a service fee of $100 to upload advertisements into each store. All advertisements need to be uploaded at the same time to receive that rate. If additional advertisements are added at a later date there is a service fee of $50 per ad.

What is needed to add advertisers to my store? |

If logo ad ixTen will need a copy of the logo in jpg format. Size 1 inch x 1 inch and resolution of 72 dpi. If text then just send the proper text to be added. If advertiser has a web site send the link address to the advertiser's site. |

ixTen store are free but must use art suppplied from ixTen library of design templates. If you desire custom art there is a fee of $25.00 per hour. |
